A decade in practice, hundreds of patients moving better, dozen practitioners trained, and one belief, that the profession deserves better, and so do patients.
Work with Tash →Every patient who walks through the door brings a history. Tash's clinical approach is built around understanding their history fully, identifying what is driving the problem, and working toward a resolution that holds. The goal is always a clear endpoint.
No injury is dealt with in isolation, Tash considers how load, movement, and pattern all interact. Patients gain a deeper understanding of how their body works, which is what makes the outcomes sustainable rather than temporary.
Recovery should leave patients with more capacity than they arrived with, including the knowledge and confidence to maintain it. Tash measures her success by how well her patients can sustain their own progress. Every session is designed with that endpoint in mind.
Tash Osgood knows what it feels like to be an athlete on the other side of an injury. As a competitive sprinter, she experienced firsthand what the return to sport actually demands, physically, psychologically, and clinically. That experience became the foundation of everything she has built since.
Today, Tash is a London-based rehabilitation chiropractor and the Founder of Osgood Movement, working with athletes who want to move, perform, and feel better than they did before. Her clinical focus centres on CrossFitters and weightlifters, communities where the relationship between load, movement, and recovery is constant and the standards are high.
Her approach is shaped by the same question she has carried since her sprinting days: what does it actually take to come back stronger? At Osgood Movement, that question drives every patient assessment, every treatment plan, and every conversation about what recovery can look like when it is done with precision and genuine care.
Tash founded Osgood Movement with a clear purpose: to deliver chiropractic care that takes performance and rehabilitation seriously. She leads every aspect of clinical practice, bringing the same rigour to patient care as she does to practitioner education.
Tash trained at one of the UK's leading chiropractic institutions, building a clinical foundation rooted in evidence, precision, and a genuine understanding of how the body moves and adapts under load.
Tash is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council, meeting the professional and ethical standards required to practise chiropractic care in the UK. You are in qualified, accountable hands.
